- Payments must be made in full for same day pickup before processing we accept Zelle, Cash app, Apple Pay.
Reconstruction & NuColors Services
- For reconstruction services, all hair must be in a workable condition. If additional repairs are needed beyond the initial assessment, extra charges may apply.
- For NuColors services, hair must be clean and free of prior heavy product buildup. Results may vary based on the original hair color and texture.
Return and Refund Policy
- Processing times vary depending on the product or service.
- Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
- NuXentions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
(Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.)
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or custom services for hygiene and customization reasons.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
